Hi, Thanks for reaching out! I see that your account Quill Media is on the Pro plan with 8 seats currently active. Adding 4 more seats (for a total of 12) is straightforward. You can add seats yourself if you’re an account owner: 1. Go to Settings > Team in the dashboard. 2. Click Add seats and enter the number of seats you’d like to add (4). 3. Confirm the change. The additional seats will be prorated for the remainder of this billing cycle and become available immediately. All seat changes are handled under the “Adding and removing seats” procedure in our knowledge base【kb_seats】.
